2. Engineering Disclaimers, Pricing Benchmarks & Scope Modifications

All preliminary estimations, unit rates, approximate area benchmarks, architectural concepts, and budgetary calculations provided on this website or in initial consultations represent non-binding models designed for transparency and planning guidance:

• Indicative Pricing & Area Benchmarks: Rates (e.g., per sq. ft. or turnkey package tiers) and approximate scope areas shown on regional service pages serve as baseline engineering benchmarks. They reflect standard specifications and are not unconditional guarantees of final construction expense.
• Material Fluctuations & Brand Selections: Final project costs are directly governed by market-driven fluctuations in raw commodity prices (such as structural steel, cement, river/M-sand, and aggregates) as well as specific client selections of finishing materials, fixtures, sanitaryware, and joinery hardware.
• Customizations & Modification Requests: Any architectural revisions, layout adjustments, specification upgrades, or structural modifications requested by the client after initial estimation or during active construction will be documented via variation orders and billed according to the agreed itemized schedule.
• Geotechnical & Site Topography Validation: Structural engineering costs and foundation depths are strictly contingent upon physical on-site soil bearing capacity (SBC) testing, groundwater conditions, and topographical surveys. Specialized foundations (e.g., pile footings, raft slabs, or retaining walls) are priced per geotechnical requirements.
• Binding Contract via Itemized BOQ: Online estimations do not constitute a formal commercial contract. Binding financial and delivery commitments exist solely upon the mutual execution of an itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and signed physical agreement.
• Statutory Sanctions & Municipal Fees: Development charges, plan approval fees, environmental clearances, and government taxes are statutory variables determined by local municipal authorities and are accounted for separately in contract documentation.

3. Form Inquiries & Zero-Database Storage Policy

When utilizing our online contact and consultation forms, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No Database Storage: Virandhai Compass does not maintain a database or server-side persistent repository of form inquiries or user credentials.

Formal engineering commitments and liabilities are created solely through signed physical agreements, verified structural calculations, and stamped construction contracts.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, applicable to agreements executed and performed entirely within the State of Tamil Nadu.

Any dispute or legal proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dindigul / Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
